Recruiting Cards
Part of my job as a Marketing Coordinator for Berkshire Hathaway was to assist the Branch Manager in recruiting new agents.
My Branch Manager had asked for small note cards that could be handed out at broker previews to agents.
I designed the card on InDesign and printed them in office. These cards were hand cut and folded by me as well.
This task took a lot of precision work and showcase my ability to design and produce physical materials.
ECards
Part of my job as a Marketing Coordinator for Berkshire Hathaway was to create ECards for agents and their listings.
These were designed on an in-house software called ReSource Center. Photos and copy were given directly from agents. After selecting photos from the given options, and copy editing their descriptions, I would put the ECard together and send it out to either our mailing list of company agents or mailing lists provided to me by the agents.
Many of our design practices were standardized, for branding purposes, like the fonts we use, our logos, and disclaimers.
Print Materials
As a Marketing Coordinator, I would help agents create print Marketing Proposals to present to home sellers. Click here to view a Marketing Proposal I created.

I also would create bifold property brochures for agents and their listings. Click here to view a brochure I created.
Marketing Reports
I would also create digital marketing reports for agents to take to their sellers, as a follow up to the marketing proposal. Once an agent secures the listing with the marketing proposal, the marketing report shows their follow through. I would go through and pull links and screenshots of all our digital advertising, as well as photos from other marketing efforts. I would also pull analytics.
As a Marketing Coordinator, the marketing report is also a showcase of my own efforts. I schedule property listings for print advertisements, help design digital and print advertisements and flyers, and coordinate to syndicate listings across various realty platforms. I also assist many agents in their social media efforts.
